What is the best advice you can give me, to avoid the life problem YOU'RE dealing with right now?

well I broke up with my bf a few days just to realise that we really were not over each other and I can't stop thinking about him.... so now I have to go 'put my heart on the line'. this all could have been avoided if I had just thought everything through and not been inpeatient so... also keep these words in mind 'you never know what you got till its gone'...What is the best advice you can give me, to avoid the life problem YOU'RE dealing with right now?
Do not climb a ladder an try to pull box fans off a 3.5 meter shelf just in case 1 knocks another which in turn knocks you off the ladder to the concrete breaking your ankle in 2 places, dislocating your elbow an shattering your wrist in turn causing you to need surgery and contract 2 infections in the operation wounds....I'm just saying....Be careful XDWhat is the best advice you can give me, to avoid the life problem YOU'RE dealing with right now?
