Im having serious problems gaining weight i workout 4 times a week with a personal trainer need advice?

I work out 4 times a week with a personal trainer i take 3 weight gain shakes a day and have a nutritionist and consume 7000 calories a day im a white male 6 4 150 i am strong for my weight but i am playing college basketball next year at a d3 school and need to gain at least 25 lbs of muscle it doesnt effect my game at all i can dunk from a step inside the foul line but still i need to gain weight any legal alternatives to steroids? i take creatine, weight gain shakes 3 times a day, eat an enormous amount of food breakfest everyday is 7 eggs 4 peices of toast, glass of orange juice need help please im 17Im having serious problems gaining weight i workout 4 times a week with a personal trainer need advice?
1 thing to remember is don't hate yourself cause ur not the only 1 i mean i just turned 11 and i weigh 130. i need to loose weight to so i do this


1. take a glass and pour water into it


2. take a lemon peal the outside off and slice a tiny piece (like in the middle tho)


3. squish the slice of lemon into the glass of water


4. drink it


have ia a million times a day and if u want go ahead on a diet like me all i have is a baby bowl of cereal 100 calorie cereal and and an apple for lunch and dinner and then of cores the lemon water 10 glasses a day.


this is how it works:


the water washes out the system while the the lemons acids burn the fat. u have to make sure the lemon and water are together and the lemon slice isn't big it has to me little to work. k well hope this works it helped my mom and in 3 weeks she lost 15 pounds but without the diet ^_^Im having serious problems gaining weight i workout 4 times a week with a personal trainer need advice?
my bf cant gain weight either he tried your weight gainer and some people just can't gain weight my advice would be to try more calories and make sure you are working out in weights the most but muscle does burn off fat so because you work out so much increase your calorie intake. or work out a day or 2 less a week. Best bet is to consult ur dr. Lucky people not gaining weight :( any advice to loose weight healthily???
