You said that you cannot locate the HP solution centre setting. I had the same problem, and found that SP3, and IE7/8 were corrupting the HP software, causing Solution Centre to be invalid.


Once I uninstalled those items, and re-installed IE6, Solution Centre appeared, and I was able to proceed along the lines that I previously mentioned.This is not a question, but advice to the person who is having a problem trying to clean the ink cartridges.?
I had the same problem with HP printer. Went back to IE6 everything worked fine. Just to confirm (as advised by HP)
