I need some real advice on the possible I problem I have with Sniffing?

I'll make it as short as i can. I have a problem with people sniff or sniffle. It somehow triggers some kind of thing inside me and almost makes a light vibrating feeling in my head/neck area. Sometimes that can really bother me...I need to know if this is normal and if everyone goes through this or If I should seek some help.





If anyone has a name or term I could research that would be nice.
