More than likely the bearing on the clutch pulley on the air conditioner is going bad, pretty expensive to repair unless you find a used one in the junkyard.Chirp noise coming from A/C on 1999 4runner. Any advice on problem, cost of repair?

Could be a bad drive belt, bad clutch or a bad compressor. Have an auto repair shop check it out.
