Could be impetigo. It can be either weepy or crusty. The crusty form looks like dry flaky skin. Usually it looks like a honey colored crust on top of a rash. It is common around the mouth and face, and can be itchy. This is caused by a bacterial infection, usually a streptococcal or staphylococcal bacteria, which is treatable via prescription antibiotics and strict hygienic measures. This infection is common during warm summer months, which could be the reason it has erupted when you moved. Bacteria thrive in warm humid environments.

All in all you need to seek a doctor for your condition. Dermatologist or MD. See someone.

Hope this helpsIm 13 and have a major skin problem. any doctor (or helpfull) advice?
Go to see a doctor. They will take a look at your skin and probably give you a cream, antibiotics, ect. If that dosent work they may give you somthing else, or they will send you to a skin specialist which should help you from there. Hope i helped.
Please don't worry about skin cancer, it isn't that. But if you do live in a very sunny area then you should always use sunscreen to avoid that in the future. But, you could have many different things, from eczema to a dermatitis to tinea. So if it isn't getting better, you should see a dermatologist. Until then, use very mild soap like Dove for sensitive skin or Cetaphil wash and treat it gently until it resolves or you get it diagnosed.
you should see a dermatologist
