Single point touch screen like on Treo650 has very simple and basic operation and rarely turns out to be faulty touch screen panel. If your treo is responsive to hardkey input than most likely it is due to bad touch screen calibration.
You easily recalibrate using hardkeys to access calibration mode.
My Palm treo 650 no longer responds to the stylus. Can you give me any advice on repairing the problem?
From what i read it may be a hardware problem and you need to reset it.
