CHOCOHOLIC PROBLEM! ADVICE?

i am a chocoholic. i am serious. i can eat 3 packs of chocolote fingers and still be hungry. it is causing me to breakout sooo much. advice?CHOCOHOLIC PROBLEM! ADVICE?

addiction is one of the common problems.


sure you can buy other pills to get rid of the addiction.





but before you use a lot of money for them..


i just want you to do the following.





do not eat chocolate when you are hungry..meaning. dont make urself full with chocolate..





i suggest u to get ur three-times-a day meal.


that is breakfast, lunch ,and dinner.


dont consume too much sugar on meals too.


and drink lots of water...





and everytime u want to eat a chocolate.


tolerate it for 10 seconds..and go get a drink of WATER


fresh water ..no lemonades..haha less sugar the better...


nd reduce number of chocolates by day and day..





to get rid of addiction it jus gotta go through three days without it..


u tolerate tolerate tolerate..and bam here u go..lol





it is jus chocolates chemical affect..


dont lose to the addiction

Chocolate fingers are not meals, they're desserts and snacks, they aren't meant to fill you up. They only make you want to eat more of them. I won't go into details but they have alot of calories and they'll make you 'crash' hard. If you read articles about junk food, then you might be able to 'fear' sweets and avoid them. You could also try substituting with something you like(OTHER than chocolates of course), preferably if it's cooked or prepared. Fruits, breakfast foods, sandwiches / burgers / subs (Be realistic of what your eating, no super sized chicken wth-is-this), maybe even microwavable food, but that depends on if your aim is to control your health, but from looking at the description, you only need a decent meal. Take care
Well if you have breakfast lunch and dinner and you are feeling hungry in between instead of reaching for the chocolate bar why dont you try a healthier option such as fruit bars or cereal bars or fruit? or what about the Special K mini breaks? that way you are full and dont need to keep snacking on the chocolate bars? make sure you get plenty of excercise aswell try healthier alternatives to snacking but perhaps you should cut down the chocolate habit bit by bit dont stop straight away because that might have bad side effects on yuo because ur body is used to it perhaps? i dont know. lol. just cut it down bit by bit. but definitley go for a healthier option
dotn buy choclate bars! throw out any chocolate in your house! that means you wont be temped

eat five times the amount of chocolate you usually eat, then ull be full
try chocolate milk. And aftrer you eat a big meal then have half a bar of chocolate as a treat.
