I just broke my arm and I can't exercise at school or at the park. If I do exercise my doctor will get mad. I feel I'm starting to gain weight. Advice?I have a problem any advice?
if you have a we then play some simple exercises on wii fit
but if you dont then keep to simple stuff like:
-walking or running
-sit up and cruches
-wall sits
-lifting weights with one arm
-yoga

try 2 eat healthy n try not 2 eat alot and eat a small plate of food when ur starving look at amy when shhe did that

well eat very healthy
DONT' STARVE YOURSELF
but go on a very healthy veggie and fruit diet. stay away from fats etc. and that should help you stay in shape until you can start exercising again.
just take walks around the park or something.
arms are not required...
u might not want to eat junk food and eat healthy food and drink lots of water
